Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- Should some of the bundle items be unavailable, you will be notified with a replacement before processing your order.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship within South Africa using trusted couriers such as PostNet and Pudo. Should you require alternative delivery options, please feel free to contact us.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected delivery speed.
3. Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and link to follow your shipment.
5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct.

We are not responsible for delays or losses due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of the expected delivery date.

We’ll work with the courier to investigate and, if confirmed, offer a replacement.
8. Changes or Cancellations

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the address or cancel it.
