Twin Selection – Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Twin Selection! Below are the details of how we process and deliver your orders.


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • Should some of the bundle items be unavailable, you will be notified with a replacement before processing your order.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We currently ship within South Africa using trusted couriers such as PostNet and Pudo. Should you require alternative delivery options, please feel free to contact us.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected delivery speed.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
    Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and link to follow your shipment.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within  24 hours of the expected delivery date.

  • We’ll work with the courier to investigate and, if confirmed, offer a replacement.

8. Changes or Cancellations

  • Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the address or cancel it.

  • If you need to update your address before shipping, email us at twinselection7@gmail.com as soon as possible.
